SHIPPING POLICY

We will make every attempt to ship your order as soon as possible and most orders will ship in 3 – 5 business days. However, unexpected manufacturers delays will sometimes postpone shipments. In those cases, we will notify you via email of any delays as soon as we are made aware of them.

There is no minimum order amount on our site, but, there is a minimum shipping charge of $6.50 on orders to the U.S. only.

All shipping terms on our site refer to business days only – Monday through Friday except for the following holidays:

  • New Years Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day and the day after
  • Christmas Day

We do not offer Holiday or Saturday delivery.

FREE SHIPPING offers apply to domestic U.S. orders only and exclude any oversized items.

For domestic orders we ship via UPS or USPS Mail. International orders are shipped via DHL or USPS Priority International Mail.

Motorcycle Goodies can and does ship to PO boxes as well as APO addresses and Puerto Rico via USPS. Please be sure your post office accepts oversized boxes at their location before ordering.

Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, and all international customers will experience longer shipping times and may incur more expense than the “standard shipping” that is listed on the web site. Any increases to the initial shipping charge shown will be sent to the customer via email and must be approved BEFORE we will process the order. In the event that your shipping is less than or equal to the “standard shipping” on our site, your order will be processed automatically and you will be refunded any difference once your order has shipped.

All oversized items, such as but not limited to tires, ATV fenders, ATV racks, UTV roofs, etc. will require a standard ground freight quote and the stated shipping charges on the site will NOT apply. Customer approval for any and all shipping charge differences must be received BEFORE we will process these orders.

In the event any of the items on your order are cross-shipped from different warehouses, we will hold your order until all items have arrived before shipping it complete to you.

All non-maintenance batteries and “hazardous” chemicals will be shipped regular ground freight to the continental U.S. only.

If any of the items on your order are back-ordered and currently unavailable within the U.S., we will ship all other items and send the back-ordered items separately once they arrive for no additional charge. Back-orders will be held for a maximum of 30 days at which time we will cancel it from your order and refund the original payment method.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders are shipped via DHL or USPS Priority International Mail.

All international orders are shipped duties and taxes UNPAID and the customer is responsible for such fees upon delivery of items. The shipping charges from us cover cartage to the final destination only.

Motorcycle Goodies currently accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa and PayPal payments. We can also set-up money orders and direct transfer for our international customers upon request – just contact us via email for further instructions.

Do not ask us to change the value of your order on the customs statement. The customs statement will reflect the invoice amount and an invoice copy has to be included for customs.

ORDERING AND RETURN POLICY

ORDERS

We sell new, genuine, O.E.M. parts and new after-market parts only. We do NOT sell any used parts.

Orders placed on holidays or weekends will be processed on the next business day.

We are NOT able to add to orders placed on-line. In order to add items to a pre-existing web order a second order will have to be placed. Please submit a new order on-line, email us at email, or call 1-888-421-2020. We do not store credit card information for security purposes and will need to receive payment information for each order.

Our website shows the most current pricing available. However, we reserve the right to change prices based on increases from the manufacturers and suppliers, increased shipping prices, or incorrectly marked items.

MISCELLANEOUS POLICIES

Standard batteries are shipped without any acid in them due to shipping restrictions. “No Maintenance” batteries come with a separate acid pack you will need to add to the battery upon arrival. (Most auto parts stores will supply acid for a “dry” battery at little or no charge)

If you need to cancel an order or part of an order, please send an email to: email and be sure to include your order number with the word “cancel’ in the subject line.

There will be no restocking fee charged on any order canceled BEFORE 11 a.m. EST the day of the order (or the day after if your order was placed overnight on the web site). However, any O.E.M. parts canceled after this time will be charged a 15% of the merchandise value restocking fee. All other orders for non-O.E.M. parts can be canceled without a restocking fee up until the parts have been shipped to you.

We will notify you by email as soon as we learn if any or all of your parts are back-ordered or have been discontinued. You will not be charged for any discontinued parts.

Back-ordered parts can be canceled at any time prior to shipment with no restocking fee.

RETURNS

Please call us for return instructions before returning any items. Any parts returned without first contacting us for instructions will be refused and sent back to you.

All items to be returned must be in new condition, in the original packaging, uninstalled, and unaltered in any way.

Electrical items can NOT be returned.

No COD’s will be accepted for returned items.

All returns must be made within 30 days of the date you received the item as indicated by shippers tracking information. Any items older than 30 days will be refused so please do not wait to open your parts when they arrive.

DO NOT use the manufacturers product box as the shipping container. Please return items only in an appropriate shipping box/container.

PAYMENT

To ensure your protection and help deter fraud, all credit card orders pass through our verification system before any orders are submitted. The billing name, address, and zip code you enter on our site must match the information on file at the credit card company.

If you wish to ship to a different address than your billing address, please call your bank BEFORE you place your order to add the additional shipping address. Otherwise, your order will be unnecessarily delayed.

DISTRIBUTORS, SHOPS, AND RESELLERS

We offer additional discounts based on volume to established businesses. We are happy to work with any and all repair shops, distributors, and resellers.

We require proof of business in the form of a business license and/or established web page address, tax-exemption number or EIN, or a copy of a current print marketing ad. Please fax any combination of the above to us at 1-954-433-0663 and we will contact you to set-up your on-line account. We do not offer C.O.D's or lines of credit.
