INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Customers in Canada, Mexico, Cental or South America, and the Caribbean with a delivery address in the U.S. can use this site to place your order. Just be sure to include your actual billing address for the method of payment you choose on the "Billing Information" screen.
We would prefer if the rest of our international customers ordered from our international motorcycle parts website but you may order here as well. BE AWARE however, that the shipping options are different between our two sites and you may see better rates for your international shipment on the international site.
We do not sell or ship BRP products outside of the United States.
International orders are shipped via DHL, UPS, FedEx, or USPS Priority International Mail. USPS 1st Class International Mail is the cheapest and slowest option that does not offer any tracking-in-transit and generally takes 15 - 18 business days from the time the items leave the U.S.
All international orders are shipped duties and taxes UNPAID and the customer is responsible for such fees upon delivery of items. The shipping charges from us cover cartage to the final destination only. There are live shipping charges for our customers on our site based on dimensions, post codes, and current shipping rates. How much is charged is calculated through the site based on this information and is explained in detail on our Policies page.
MotorcycleGoodies currently accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa and PayPal payments. We can also set-up money orders and direct transfer for our international customers upon request – just contact us via email for further instructions.
Do not ask us to change the value of your order on the customs statement. The customs statement will reflect the invoice amount and an invoice copy has to be included for customs.
Fees paid for international duties, taxes, and/or brokerage fees are non-refundable.
